What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons: The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid. You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit. You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.) We do not ship to an address that is a P.O. Box.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on when the order is placed. Due to warehouse processing, ground delivery can take up to 5-8 working days to deliver. To expedite shipping, please contact orders@whit-ny.com (expedited shipping will not be free). Orders placed during national holidays will be shipped as soon as possible but delays may occur due to warehouse closures.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

U.S. Ground Delivery: $10

Expedited Delivery: $25

 Exchanges and Returns:

Is there a charge for requesting an exchange or return?

Exchanges and returns at WHIT NY require payment for the return shipment. Please contact sales@whit-ny.com for questions if product arrives damaged or incorrect or with any delivery issue and will accommodate on a case by case basis.

How can I make an exchange or return?

To request an exchange or return, please email sales@whit-ny.com to request an exchange/return slip. Please include order number in email. All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days confirming shipment. This is in addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 7 days from receipt of the items.

WHIT NY reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

All sales are final if there is a 30% discount or more.

Can I keep the original item after having requested an exchange?

No. If 14 days have passed since requesting the exchange and we have not received the original items, you will be charged the amount using the original payment method.

Once I have exchanged an item, can I return the new item?

Yes. You can return it within 7 days of receipt if product is unworn and in original condition.

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as it is unworn and in new condition with all its labels on it.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
